Change your Declaration of Conformity to include "Declaration of Conformity" and then upload a new, signed, version.

When uploading a Declaration of Conformity, it must contain the phrase "Declaration of Conformity".

It cannot be a Declaration of Certification, Certificate of Conformance, or similar.
