Electrical and electronic equipment falling within the scope of the LVD (Directive 2014/35/EU), EMC (Directive 2014/30/EU) and/or RED (Directive 2014/53/EU) must be labelled with at least the following information:
- A type, batch or serial number allowing the identification of the product
- The manufacturer's name, trademark/name and address
- Where applicable, the importer's contact information
- CE marking symbol
- Where relevant, the identification number of the notified body.
Note: Additional requirements on labelling may apply if specified in the relevant standards.
