You don't need to upload the technical file or any of the documentation, except the Declaration of Conformity.
The technical file must be ready and completed
You do however need to have the technical file completed and ready when you sign the agreement, as the agreement you sign requires that you can provide the technical file within five working days, upon request.
The system will tell you what documents you need, depending on the applicable directives and regulations.
